The team at Glenfield Vet Clinic are just amazing. They’ve taken care of our cat Ash for years and have always been so lovely to us. Reasonable prices, excellent care. We lost Ash this past week and the team were incredible. They helped us through the process so gently and with so much care.

This is one of the only affordable vets in Auckland, & when I say affordable is still $10 more than other regions but that is the reason I went there. The ladies were ok on our arrival, the vet was ok. On the phone making the appointment though I had a snippy young woman, not the super young one, the next one up in age, had a bit of an attitude in her voice, just a bit 'persnickety'. However it was ok. There was ample parking but a hairy, busy road if you miss your turn off.

Fantastic. The vets, nurses & admin staff here are so lovely. Very caring and kind and knowledgeable. Best on the north shore by far!

Hands down one of the best vets I have been to. Took my cat to two other vets in the area, and did not trust them like I trust Glenfield vets. They are affordable. Explain your options and understand how much you care for your pet. They genuinely care for your animals and even when I called them many times worried after surgery about small things, they took the time to answer, and provide care. They also researched the best options, and provided me with their recommendations regarding the surgery. I would say if they told me that my pet needed anything, I would 100% trust their advice and expertise. They are all so lovely. As long as I am in this area, I will not be going anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone. :)

19/6/23.Feel let down and angry !!! My dog of 10.5 years went here his whole life. He was diabetic and had cataracts in both eyes, couldnt see anything at all. My boy Had one eye removed and a tooth extracted. This appointment (his last) was post surgery check up.(9 days after). The vet(not one i normally use) couldnt even find what side the tooth extraction was on ,or open my boys mouth wide enough to see. Anway told the vet that my boy is diabetic, and hasn't had breakfast for 3 days now , therfore he hasn't been getting the proper dose of insulin, and hes also vomiting.Told me if he's still like that on Friday ( 2days time) to bring him back . Well my boy didnt make it to Friday!!! and in the end he suffered .Obviously knew nothing about diabetes!!! R.I.P Tama been a hard 2 +weeks without you.

Been there in the past with my cats and they’ve been attentive. Tried calling them 9 times over the past 2 days as one of my cats are missing and they’ve not picked up once. Very disappointing.

Great Vets, but the new system of never answering the phone and always having to leave a message is a bit of a shame, especially when practically no other vet does this (I cannot get through any time of day, any day of the week) - much prefer the old system & will likely shift practice if this doesn't correct itself. Would be 5 stars if not for this.
