   Customer service is important to loyalty. I've been a loyal customer for a long time. Rachel, Ben, Amal and Alex (who's gone now) has always been professional, nice, accommodating, warm and friendly on the phone, email and whenever we drop by. I gave them 5 stars before. Unfortunately, I had to change it. Recently, I had an unfortunate poor customer service experience over the phone. The male staff (pharmacist) was abrupt, unsympathetic and grouchy. His tone of voice was negative and defensive especially when he said "we're all honest here". My question has nothing to do whether he's honest or not. I don't know him personally, golly! My question was "what does my prescriptions (and I paid) say, exactly how many boxes can I have?" I returned 2 boxes (each box has 24 bottles) to replace vanilla to chocolate. Instead of getting 2 boxes chocolate back, I got 1 box + 8 bottles chocolate in a paper bag, in return. Customers fully understand that staff are always busy but it doesn't justify his attitude. I was completely turned off by this male pharmacist's attitude. I met him on person on person to pick up my blister pack. Maybe Rachel and Ben can train him re: customer service. Anyway, I found a better pharmacy/pharmacist who gives us good customer service whether on the phone, email or in person.

   Exceptional pharmacy. I received all my Covid vaccinations at Wellworks. Very caring, well organised and professional staff. I also get regular prescriptions filled, all staff are always helpful and communicate well with my medical center and other pharmacists to make sure I get the best possible outcomes. They offer text service when medications become available, and sent me supplies by courier when I needed. I highly recommend.

As a foreign resident here for three years, I appreciate their help in sorting covid vax documentation issues, pointing me toward Kiwi equivalents to US medicines, and their very prompt fulfillment of prescriptions.    My daughter is a student in Wellington and we live in Hawkes Bay. When my daughter tested positive for COVID Christine, the pharmacist went out of her way to talk me through the medication options over the phone, placed an order at the same time and had it delivered to my daughter right away. She then followed up with a call to my daughter to chat to her about her medication. Incredible service, absolutely above and beyond. So very grateful for her kindness when I wasn't able to be there.

   Fantastic pharmacy. Staff are incredibly knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I love the freshness of the pharmacy, such a nice space and so welcoming to visit. A lot of thought has gone into the range and it's great to be able to do refills, buy drinks and tonics and go natural. Keep up the great work team! I'll be in as often as I can!
