“I just wanted to say how great the team at Belle Bird has been! I recently purchased a Lolly's Laundry Dress online not realising they had altered the original dress length. I have so many of the Nee Dress's and was so excited to discover they had my size in stock, that I immediately added it to my cart without even reading the write up explaining the altered length.. so when receiving it I was so disappointed to see how much shorter it is, especially when you're 5'10. However the girls have been absolutely fabulous, I emailed them explaining how I felt and they were beyond understanding, allowing me to return the dress for a refund.
