My mother bought a Tissot watch here and after 2 years the watch was gaining 30 minutes per day. As it was 1 month outside warranty, they charged her 50% of the cost of the watch to fix it. Wouldn’t buy anything here. Steer clear.

I couldn't have been more happy with the beautiful engagement ring Hamish designed for me! I was recommended McClurgs by a friend and the service and communication was outstanding right from day one. Being way down in Wanaka while he worked away on it in Napier, I felt confident the entire time as he kept in touch and really understood the style I was wanting. It was a very exciting day flying up to see and pick up the ring! He also took great care and consideration to restore an old family heirloom ring I was nervous about getting fixed after losing a ruby out of it. 100% recommend and would keep going back.
