   Absolutely fabulous experience getting my nose re-pierced today by Sabrina. She was friendly and meticulous and made sure she kindly explained everything she did and why. She triple checked placement and worked quickly to minimise discomfort. She even helped change jewellery in a few of my existing piercings as it was the end of the day and she had a little extra time.The shop was clean and welcoming and the prices were more than reasonable. Would highly recommend and will be back.

   Your shop had a very spacious, professional and nice vibe to it. So we're the booths we're the piercing took place. Everything was clean and comfortable with tools close to hand . I felt very relaxed and in good hands.. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would even though my bum did lift off the seat for an instant. It was all very quick and done with care. The piercing jewelry that I picked out was explained to me which made my choice easier and I was happy with how it looked .I would of given you 5 stars however this is the reason. It's the only negative comment I have was that you forgot to give me the surgery solution saline that I had already paid for..I would come back in and get it but it would probably cost that much in gas to come back into town. So I will pick it up when I'm next in there or coming through. In the meantime I will just make a saline solutions up . Kind regards T Thompson.

   Came into and had my helix done by LENNY and was very impressed and happy with the service Absolutely wonderful placement and quick and easy. I got a ring in my helix too which other stores won't do and I'm so happy with it. It's more my style in stead of a bar and not an excessive increase in pricing. No issues at all Will be back in a few months for another piercing for sure. Also the prices are very reasonable and fair. Lenny was very gentle and seems experienced and confident in her work

   Trendez was where I got my first ear piercings over 20 years ago, and it has come a long way since then! The shop is beautifully set out, it feels relaxed and open (which is really appreciated for someone like me with social anxiety). The range of jewellery is incredible! There is absolutely something for everyone and at really good prices! But it's definitely the staff that make it such a great store. They are approachable and friendly, they don't make you feel rushed, and they aren't pushy. I just had a stacked helix done today and Lenny my piercer was fantastic. Extremely professional but also calm and kind. I highly recommend this store to everyone. I will definitely be back!

   Just want to say a HUGE thank you to the amazingly helpful staff at the Colombo Street store. I went in today feeling pretty sorry for myself and a little embarrassed at my Helix piercing from another business from a few months back. It was super painful, and the jewelry was non optimal at all. Zero judgment at all from the staff, straight into helpful mode. It was such a relief! Sorted me out ASAP with a huge variety to choose from of beautiful titanium options (not available at other business). Helped me select a safe, appropriate size width to brave replacing the basic stud's currently insitu, AND, for a tiny charge, put it in my super tender ear for me which I barely felt at all! The relief of tightness and pain in this tricky cartilage area was instant! I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you so, so much! Can't wait to be able to sleep tonight on my new flat-back, and not be stabbed by stud's!
