I have purchased a Tissot watch about 2 years ago and had the battery replaced once before it turn 2 years at your Lynnmall branch after that we've notice that the interior of the watch gets foggy. Unfortunately, it's no longer under warranty when we had it check.The sales person keeps telling us that I could have been left the crown open which was impossible to notice as it will stop working. I had it sent to service it and gave us a quote about $800 and did not proceed. When we got the watch we've notice that it was not put back properly, the backing was uneven. I think when I had the battery replaced, it was not put back properly as a result water came in into the watch. it was a poor service as to compare to my other watches that I got replaced by Mister Minute and had no issues at all like this, given David Keffe is a fine jewellery shop I am expecting battery replacement will done right.I came to your shop to have the battery replaced in the hopes that it will be done properly. Honestly not happy with the service at all.

Bit tricky to find based on Google maps but it is INSIDE the mall not outside. Great service - in for jewellery repair. Paid $16 for a silver necklace clasp compared to $60 at a St Lukes jeweller.

I recently had my family ring of over 30 years serviced. The front of shop staff were very helpful and considerate of the tenure of the ring and made recommendations accordingly. Very prompt to provide a quote and reasonably priced. I originally inquired about a resize but David and his team recommend a reshape first before spending more on a resize given the ring had lost its shaped over time - turns out thatβs all that was needed to fix the fit! I was anxious as sometimes jewellery stores try make you spend more than required but that wasnβt the case and the team were very professional, really appreciate their integrity. Once I confirmed the job, it was ready for pick up within a few days! So stoked, thanks team βΊοΈ

Took a ring in for resizing. I got a quote for the resizing over the phone after leaving the ring at the shop. When I went to pick up after the service they charged me $100 more than what was quoted. The ring looks amazing and am super happy with the final result. A bit taken back I wasnβt advised of the extra cost but probably my fault I didnβt get the quote in writing. otherwise very happy with the final result of the ring. Thanks!
