   I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Lala from the Albany Mr Minit for his outstanding service. I had previously visited another branch closer to home to have an engraved pen made as a gift for my friend, but unfortunately the result was very disappointing. The engraving was poor quality, discoloured, and looked fuzzy. When I requested a refund, the Botany branch refused and instead told me to try another Mr Minit location. After another disappointing experience elsewhere, we went to Albany as a last resort. From the moment we arrived, Lala’s service was absolutely top tier. He replaced the pen and did an amazing job with the engraving — the quality was exactly what I had hoped for. He was incredibly lovely, professional, and efficient, and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. It was such a relief to finally walk away with a gift I’m proud to give. Thank you so much, Lala, for your exceptional customer service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend the Albany Mr Minit and will definitely be returning!

   Such incredibly nice service. I ran up 3 minutes after closing to urgently replace a lost key and even though the machines were covered and he was closing up, he stopped and was very happy to help me. Whole thing done in under 5 minutes and 2 replacement keys made for about $25. Definitely would recommend.

   I cannot find the words enough to express how happy I am with the service mister minit in Westfield Albany gave me. I was wearing a very sentimental watch that had broke. I did not want to be without it for a minute. The gentleman at the stand totally understood my emotional status and managed to fix it there and then. To make this scenario even more fantastic, not only did I not have to go without this precious watch for a second, he could see I was emotional and did not charge me. I truly cannot thank you enough. This kind of wonderful customer service is very rare these days. Thank you again.

   Got my daughters links on her watch fixed here. Got a few quotes from other places and was quoted around $30 each. This place only charged $12.90 and it only took 10 minutes to fix. Really good value for money. Highly recommended if you need to get your watch fixed.

   Don't get there keys brought new aftermarket one it didn't last they are overpriced, & try to charge u 199 to replace battery when you have a sealed unit prob scamming the elderly so terrible Update you have made it so i can't reply to your statement yes our Mr minute use to be good but the men at albany told me that price would you like me to go back and record it for your website implying my review untrue no I like people to know the truth & the truth is that was what I was told and priced terrible you would Give this price to a woman then try & say you havnt

   These guys were friendly and efficient but very disappointed as they left a number of scratches on my new leather boots! After leaving this, both Chris and Michael were quick to come back to me and offer to fix them all up for me! Redeemed in my book! Thanks Mister Minit, much appreciated!

   This is one stop shop for all your watch, key and other small needs. The guy was very helpful in fixing up my watch and it only took like 10 minutes. He also gave me a free key ring for my car key. Eventhough its located in the mall the shop is very economical and you would get your job done in a very reasonable price. Keep an eye out for the store, its located in the middle of walkway in the mall.
