   I enjoyed my second visit at this shop when we were served by the manager from their Hamilton shop. She was pleasant and was really interested in helping us. She signed me up for their loyalty program, something which wasn't offered to me on my first visit. I was also pleasantly surprised when she put our purchases in their small bag. All I got with my first purchase was a pouch. I had to put the necklace I bought somewhere where it wasn't going to get damaged while I was heading to my appointment. The shop does have a very interesting collection. I'm keen to visit Taking Shape again.

   As always great service in this shop. Went in today to exchange some pants that were the wrong size and ended up getting some bras with no underwire. Leaning towards a generous sizing with bras I have always worn underwire bras for years and years. Mckenzie was so helpful and helped me with sizing and I am wearing one of the bras now and they are so comfortable. Top marks to the shop and the lovely helpful staff which makes shopping for those 'necessities' a fun experience.

   Great clothing, good prices and a lovely sized, clean attractive store, right in the heart of the City. Good plus sized options. Staff were very friendly but made us quite uncomfortable with how many times they approached us, asking if we needed help. Once or twice is fine but to be constantly interrupted when trying to just have browse is quite annoying, and as such we left the store much sooner than we anticipated.
