Today I received the most beautiful and special necklace. It's a custom made piece to replace our wedding rings which I had been wearing round my neck and lost earlier this year. As you might gather my husband has left this world hence I wore both our rings, mine nestled inside his, close to my heart. We were very impressed with the way the manager, Raj, was able to attend to our requests - and he went far beyond the call of duty to satisfy them. First, with the selection of a beautiful ring. He displayed the rings we were interested in and enabled an easy choice of a white gold 'Dynasty' 19-diamond ring that looks fantastic. Second, with the selection of a black-face rose gold DW watch which he has ordered in for us. We have nothing but praise for his expertise and, above all, his patience. Walker and Hall have been our "go-to" jewellers for many years and we rate them at the top of the scale.

Raj Patel, the manager, supported me through getting my engagement ring repaired after I lost the diamond solitaire. He kept me fully informed throughout every step of the process and responded quickly to any emails I fired in his direction. This was the ultimate customer experience and I was made to feel valued - a rarity in the sales industry. The ring was returned today and it is simply stunning - you would never know it had been repaired. Would highly recommend!
Walker & Hall were very helpful in creating a custom diamond engagement ring for me. It wasn't the easiest ring to make as it needed some harder to find pink diamonds. But Raj went out of his way and found the diamonds and had the engagement ring made, which looked amazing. Raj helped through the whole process with options and ideas and it has really shown in the quality and how beautiful the ring turned out. Thanks guys!

I unfortunately lost my beautiful engagement ring just 1 month prior to my wedding day. While the insurance claim didn't come through in time, as soon as it got to Raj at W&H, I had a new ring sized and couriered within a week! I couldn't be happier with the service Raj provided - everything was so easy & his service was impeccable.
