I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barb at Cambridge Jewelers. She went above and beyond to help me. After being engaged for over a month, I still hadn’t had the chance to wear my ring but Barb made it her priority to change that and within a very tight timeframe before I had to travel. Her kindness, generosity and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much. Thanks to her, I finally get to enjoy my ring and I could not be happier! I hope I can now pay that kindness forward.

I visited Cambridge Jewellers to find a special 85th birthday gift for my beloved mother. Anna, the store owner, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. During our conversation, we discussed old jewellery, and I mentioned I had numerous gold pieces collecting dust in a box. Anna asked if I had considered melting them down to create something new. I have always dreamed of owning a high-quality solid bangle. I absolutely adore my new bangle, which has been on my wrist since I picked it up, and I don’t foresee taking it off. This is a far better use of the gold than letting it sit in a box. I can’t thank the team at Cambridge Jewellers enough; it’s truly stunning and I LOVE it. Thank you!

We were on vacation in NZ and bought a beautiful watch as a gift a few days before Christmas. Sadly, later on Christmas day it was obvious that the watch was not working. I contacted the store and cannot praise them highly enough for their customer service. They arranged to open the store to change the battery in the watch, despite being on holiday themselves. Fantastic customer service. Really impressed by the desire to make it right.
I normally despise shopping. Today I had the best shopping experience of my life. These amazing ladies especially Vicky who helped me find what I was looking for. Its such a pleasure having an amazing atmosphere and bubbly friendly staff. I honestly can not give the shop or staff and Vicky enough praise.
