   Had the most amazing customer experience on Saturday afternoon! I was immediately greeted and served by Sophia with such warmth. I am a very loyal Zoe & Morgan client and noticed they didn’t have what I came in for on that day. Sophia worked her magic and got it special ordered in for me! Getting this gift on time was extremely important as it is a 10year Anniversary gift for my husband. I got a text from the team on Monday! Took only 2 days to get to them!! What an incredible experience. It doesn’t stop there - When I picked up my special order, I think Navin greeted me with the same special service. The team gift wrapped it for me as well which is such a nice personal touch! I felt very looked after, thank you so much! ❤️

   I bought an engagement ring from Sophia and I was amazed by her service! The ring buying process can be challenging but Sophia made the ring buying process very straight forward. Sophia is very approachable, caring, makes you feel comfortable, communicates very well, and is willing to answer any question you may have. And a simple thing like having a chart instore which lists the 4Cs of Diamonds and their measurements, that some of the other jewelry stores didn’t have, made the decision to choose Walker & Hall very easy. I am definitely going to recommend Walker & Hall, and especially Sophia, to my friends, family and people I know. Overall, I am very happy with the product and service delivered by Walker & Hall Sylvia Park!
