The items in this store are beautifully curated, and I always expect to find something that I want to take home with me! A gorgeous scarf that I bought there is a staple in my everyday wardrobe the cold winter months and I always get comments about it. My mother and sister have also received one of their beautiful scarves as birthday gifts and love them as much as I do.
Really disappointed to see the store closing as it was my to go to place for special quality gifts - wedding presents, Christmas etc. Friendly staff who were honest about whether or not an item suited me - a jacket, scarf or earrings. Glad we can still access them online but it's not as good as the personal touch.
One of the last really interesting and independent stores in the Lambton area. Somewhere you could always go to be sure to find a special gift or something lovely for your home. It has a lovely ‘old style store’ atmosphere and service you rarely experience nowadays . I went in last week to buy a set of glasses and was sad to see the closing down sale. It is such a shame they have been driven to this.
A very big thank you to the Cranfields team. Such excellent customer service – at a level that seems to rarely exist these days: warm, prompt, and informative. Their comms and delivery certainly exceeded our expectations. And the products are second to none. This is a one stop shop for select and luxury items for everyday enjoyment.

This store owner opposes transport projects in Wellington on the basis that it would 'make things difficult for people with mobility issues', yet this is the entrance to their store.
Fantastic online shopping experience, items were delivered promptly from Wellington to Auckland and were packaged with care. One suggestion - for some of your products in your online catalogue, it is not clear which product picture corresponds to the respective colour option available (E.g. Brown vs Brandy). An easy solution would be for the image to change to the corresponding colour when the option is selected from the drop-down menu. (If this is my browser being wonky, please disregard!) Thanks again, you guys are wonderful!
Bought a nice Peugeot salt grinder from here. Wasn’t cheap, so was quite disappointed when it stopped working properly early on. When I brought it in, Malcolm replaced it on the spot. Lovely store and lovely, genuine service, highly recommend. I was very relieved and grateful when I was treated well regardless of my mask exemption provided by the DPA. Although we are not enforced to show our exemptions to anyone, I display mine due to harassment in public. This was one of the few stores I have been to in recent months where I have not been judged due to fear and misinformation. Thank you so much for conducting viable research and for holding valuable morals which I presume may have led to your compassion towards everyone in this time. I will be back soon.
