“I couldn’t rate this medical centre high enough. Nothing worse than being on holiday and your child getting sick. The reception staff spoke to me with compassion and booked my son in as fast as they could and the doctor explained everything in detail and was excellent with my son. A fast fix and back to enjoying out holiday, thank you!”

“Rooms very nice and service was excellent. Our family of 5 were situated above reception and had a balcony - view of beach across the road. There were 3 rooms, separate bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to town, approx. 10min walk.”

“The doctors, nurses and reception staff have all taken good care of me whenever I've been to this clinic. You can't make appointments, but the upside of that is as long as you're willing to wait, you can see a doctor on the day without it costing a fortune. As long as you're enrolled with Tui Medical (any branch), it's about $20 per appointment. I'm not sure what it costs if you're not enrolled. I would like to see them be stricter on getting patients to wear face masks in the waiting area if they have coughs, but other than that, I'm very happy with the service.”

“I’ve had a journey of several years of suffering from gynaecological issues, only to be told by other doctors that it was “nothing serious” or “back pain”. I was even told by another Dunedin gynaecologist that it would “all go away once I hit menopause”. Turns out I had adenomyosis, endometriosis, and pelvic congestion, so “hitting menopause” was not going to solve all my problems. By this point my quality of life was very low, I was struggling to work, and feeling pretty deflated. With Elliot McKenzie I was finally listened to, with empathy and understanding. He performed my hysterectomy, and had many in depth discussions with me throughout the whole process, on the op itself, what to expect, what he found during, and how he dealt with it. This man has given me my life back, and I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend him for any woman who is struggling to be heard, because he WILL listen, and give very thorough analysis and treatment.”

“The absolute best gp i have ever had, I am so happy I decided to change gps due to not being listened to for the last 2 years (more before this diagnoses) but as soon as I enrolled here and spoke with my new doctor (Angela Lee) I was diagnosed within a week and had surgery a week later. She not only listens to her patients but generally cares too. The staff I have personally met with (from reception to nurses and doctors) have been amazingly kind and caring. “Reading some of the comments here lol. Some people are just hard to please, complaining about an ant and punishing the business with a poor review. This place was $99 on a weekend. Seriously. You’re getting so much for your money here. Comfy bed, modern decor and bathroom. Heating. Electric blankets. It provides for a very comfortable stay.”
