Im really disappointed to this clinic i confirmed them twice not only twice because i called them after my xray , i asked them if the xray result will be directly to the immigration and they said yes . I also ask the reception named Mia how many days the immigration will receive the result she told me within 24 or 48 hours . Now if i didn't ask an update to our immigration adviser the status of my visa which will expired this coming September 4, 2025 i will never know that they didn't send the result to immigration. nothing to blame with Ms. Mia because she just a receptionist and she's accomodating but im so pissed right now . What would happened to me and to my daughter if i didn't ask an update. Im waiting for 3 weeks for our new visa . What the heck. This was last month July 22, 2025 what the date to day???????
Very kind and caring. The radiologist did her best not to cause unnecessary pain to me. She was really caring as were the reception team. Lovely clean clinic would highly recommend.
NO THANKS! Disappointing attitude and assistance. This is not a disability friendly place. The older receptionist couldn’t care less that my elderly mother couldn’t walk and was in pain. She made minimal effort to look for a wheel chair and said they didn’t have one. Suggested I seek one from the A&E! Basically told us that we must have spoken to their HO and they don’t know what goes on with the actual clinic. The same receptionist made no effort to assist my mother entering and was instead dismissive. Younger receptionist tried to assist. None of them made effort to report the non disability certified vehicle that was parked in the disability parking directly outside their radiology. Thankfully my mother’s appointment was actually at Auckland Radiology at 53 Lincoln Rd. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUCKLAND RADIOLOGY. Easy parking, wonderful, courteous service. They got the wheel chair, even took my mother inside and seated her. Clean, new facilities. Brilliant service from start to finish.
All 5 star are for Sophie who did my follow up scan today. She was lovely and answered my questions with a big smile. Thank you Sophie. Also had a not so great service by Rose the previous appointment. Would not answer any question, nor would make us comfortable. Sad that such people exist in service industry.
Today I went into the Lincoln Road Branch in Henderson, The receptionist with the dark hair shoulder length not sure of her name, was very rude. Not helpful at all, seemed more of an inconvenience being there as I needed to book an urgent ultrasound and x-ray. Was told before I could even explain properly that they prefer to book Ultrasound at the same time as a Xray. I was basically fobbed off to ARG Lincoln Road. I wanted to get out of there asap, no empathy whatsoever, what makes things worse is that as I was walking away, she started talking about me behind my back to her colleague next to her. This receptionist needs to work on her customer services skills and the way she treats people. Not a good look for the company. I will never be booking any further appointments here again and this also goes for family and friends wanting this service. Change your receptionists unless you want to lose all your clientele in future.
I went here for my first pregnancy scan and felt completely ripped off. $75 for a scan that doesn’t include a hard copy of the ultrasound. I really wanted a hard copy as it’s my first pregnancy and that would have been more special & especially if you’re paying $75. Would not recommend
The radiographers at this TRG branch are super helpful! They address your queries with a balance of professionalism and kindness. This would always be my first choice for any kind of imaging requirements I have and would suggest others to do so too.
This rating is for Tom who’s the best and exceptional sonographer there so far. Makes the patients at ease and explaining things well and good for common people. The others do the scan but are not much interactive and humble. I sincerely hope the other staffs at TRG are much more customer centred. Keep up Tom!
