   A wonderful practice with a great Team, Drs, Nurses and Admin team all makes this place hum. Been going there for nearly 10 years and have always helped me out with great follow up advice and care as well. Highly recommend the team at Southside Health in Rangiora. Thank you for all you do for our community, the last few years haven’t been easy for anyone particularly medical staff.

   This doctors is a very good family doctors ,today I experienced kindness help and caring attitudes with the nurse Trudi ,over the phone .Then at the surgery .We had to come as I have covid and we were so blessed to have such a wonderful gentleman Dr Richard McCubbin.He truly was so very kind ,thorough and witty too .Such a delight to come to see a doctor when we are feeling pretty unwell and get such great bedside manner .Thankyou Southside for making things easier for us today and putting a smile on our faces .Also another very good doctor is my Doctor, Bevan Rodgers ,who is always up to a challenge ..We are most thankful to the team at Southside health for taking good care of our family .Also I should mention Renee, she's amazing!A wonderful caring woman on the phone and at the desk .Always too ready to help and encourage .

   I couldn’t rate this medical centre high enough. Nothing worse than being on holiday and your child getting sick. The reception staff spoke to me with compassion and booked my son in as fast as they could and the doctor explained everything in detail and was excellent with my son. A fast fix and back to enjoying out holiday, thank you!

   Free nurse appointment and tea and coffee are great but sadly the doctors bedside manner and lack of concern for patient welfare, particularly in mental health makes me glad he has left. The Dr, an English fellow with knowledge of basic general practitioner law had little compassion a lot of P. C buzz words and zero empathy. However this practice is 4 stars as the regular Dr who owns the place is absolutely great. He is empathetic, kind and thorough. I'd recommended Dr Rogers to anyone looking for an affordable kind Dr and practice.

   A great team at Southside Health. Our GP is Bevan Rogers,, but we go to any of the new GP at his surgery because they are all qualified and a great team. I feel we are getting the best.
