“The doctors, nurses and reception staff have all taken good care of me whenever I've been to this clinic. You can't make appointments, but the upside of that is as long as you're willing to wait, you can see a doctor on the day without it costing a fortune. As long as you're enrolled with Tui Medical (any branch), it's about $20 per appointment. I'm not sure what it costs if you're not enrolled. I would like to see them be stricter on getting patients to wear face masks in the waiting area if they have coughs, but other than that, I'm very happy with the service.”

“I’ve had a journey of several years of suffering from gynaecological issues, only to be told by other doctors that it was “nothing serious” or “back pain”. I was even told by another Dunedin gynaecologist that it would “all go away once I hit menopause”. Turns out I had adenomyosis, endometriosis, and pelvic congestion, so “hitting menopause” was not going to solve all my problems. By this point my quality of life was very low, I was struggling to work, and feeling pretty deflated. With Elliot McKenzie I was finally listened to, with empathy and understanding. He performed my hysterectomy, and had many in depth discussions with me throughout the whole process, on the op itself, what to expect, what he found during, and how he dealt with it. This man has given me my life back, and I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend him for any woman who is struggling to be heard, because he WILL listen, and give very thorough analysis and treatment.”

“I met Sandeep last year at his Mt Eden Clinic for body sculpting. I was advise for fat freezing and later venus treatment to tighten the skin. The results at the beginning were not impressive but Sandeep then said it takes a good two months for the body to process the fat and I can feel a big change. “I had a procedue undertaken yesterday under general anaesthetic which I had been very anxious about in the lead up to it. All of the staff I interacted with were caring and patient with me, and they did their utmost to make me feel at ease. Doctor Koya was great, the anaesthist was great, the nurses were very kind to me and attentive, they all made a very difficult procedure for me as comfortable as they possibly could. “The absolute best gp i have ever had, I am so happy I decided to change gps due to not being listened to for the last 2 years (more before this diagnoses) but as soon as I enrolled here and spoke with my new doctor (Angela Lee) I was diagnosed within a week and had surgery a week later. She not only listens to her patients but generally cares too. The staff I have personally met with (from reception to nurses and doctors) have been amazingly kind and caring. Additionally, I was recommended to see Amy, the hygienist, who provided excellent care as well. I also had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr. Daniel and his team made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process, offering great moral support. “We absolutely love Casebrook Surgery! The doctors here are so knowledgeable and geniuely listen to patient concerns. In the past year I have had two major health challenges that I have had for many years quickly addressed and resolved through their thorough care and investigations. The nurses are vivacious, kind and attentive - a great for good chat while being treated too! We love the receptionists who are always quick to find us an appointment (even on the same day) and they always keep us updated about doctors timings if the doctor is delayed due to an emergency. They know my daughter by name and make her smile every time we visit. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.”
