Unbelievably poor service. Made an appointment to meet the FMG Tauranga rep at our business, spent the best part of an hour providing all the information he required so they could provide a quote to insure our business assets etc. Waited three weeks, then phoned to find out what was happening, they told me they would get back to me the next day... nothing .... I phoned again three days later, I was getting fairly pissed off by now, but calmly asked for someone to give me an update, they said they would.... still nothing, so went with Hugh Verco Insurance instead.
