Where are the EAP reviews? I can see only one. I had a disappointing experience with an EAP counselor in Belleknowes. Wanting to choose a more experienced professional clinician this time.
My first appointment seemed really promising. I felt I connected with the counsellor and she seemed to understand where I was coming from. She took notes and made all the right noises. I was nervous but optimistic going into the second appointment, however I left halfway through. When I brought up fundamental things that we had discussed the first time, she obviously had no recollection of them. Why then take notes? Constructive criticism......read your notes before follow up appointments.
