   First time using to drop off pre paid post, all the parcels somehow ended up with one customer... even though they were all addressed differently and meant for different cities, idk where the problem was since the swanson post office has been posting my parcels fine. It was very stressful to sort out so I won't be using this for post again.

   Absolutely horrible owners. The customer service is atrocious. Im a regular at this dairy. I went in today to simply buy a post bag (normally buy a post bag at night and post item while I’m there). I had the post bag snatched out of my hand and I was told to leave and that the post shop wasn’t open, I was extremely confused as I normally buy them and post them for the next day when the courier picks them up. I was yelled at by the owner when I couldn’t understand his lack of English. He then told me I could buy the bag. And then after his wife came out she calmly explained it to me. I then had the males phone shoved in my face to show the post office hours that they only changed TWO WEEKS AGO and I was expected to look it up before I came. He then told me that I wasn’t allowed to buy a post bag because he was so worked up on screaming at me. And then the wife said that I could buy it. All of this disgusting behaviour just because I wanted to buy a post bag. I am absolutely horrified from this behaviour. The lack of customer service and English is disgusting.

   I was a regular at the store but the experiences kept getting worse so I avoid it now. The main issue I have is the customer service. I go there mainly to post things and they are usually low on stock or completely out of certain sized mail bags. The customer is therefore obliged to pay for a more expensive bag because they’re simply of stock of the correct size. It feels like there is a deliberate attempt to increase prices illegitimately as pricing is constantly changing even within a period of a week or two. Sending the same sized item will often differ between staff members (or even the same staff member!) and be incorrectly charged. I challenged pricing on a few occasions when I noticed these inconsistencies only for them to suddenly drop the price. Other times they insist it’s correct even though I sent the exact same sized item a week ago for less. It forces the customer to either accept the situation and pay more or waste more time driving elsewhere. Business hours are confusing. They’ll be open for post in the weekends and public holidays but then suddenly they’re closed just for post on a public holiday but physically open for all other dairy items? The staff are gruff and uncommunicative and you feel like you’re imposing on them and their time. If you ask questions to clarify you get barked at. It’s a shame because it’s a nice little store and could be awesome with better communication, friendliness, staff product knowledge, and adequately stocking the store
