   The ladies here are very helpful, professional, and always smiling. I’ve personally witnessed rude and impatient customers, so I don’t agree with some of the negative reviews. This post office is very busy, yet the staff work efficiently despite being short-staffed.

   I had a very disappointing experience with a customer service representative at the post box counter today. The lady who assisted me was extremely rude and unapproachable. It was clear from the beginning that she was not happy to be doing her job – her tone was cold, and her behavior felt more like a burden than a service. As someone who approached with a simple request and a positive attitude, I was shocked by how dismissive and unfriendly she was. Unfortunately, her attitude affected me deeply and put a negative cloud over my entire day. I understand that everyone can have off days, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be part of the job. Also let her know what is Costumer service…? please. There is a elder lady who serves me every time , she is so humble and serves the customer always with a sweet smile and positive attitude ( Please study what is Customer Service from her ) I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service training. A small effort in attitude and communication can make a huge difference in someone's

   Who knows what their service is like? Every time I go it is shut. There are opening hours on the door which are incorrect and they give various excuses as to why they are closed each time I try. Lesson learned. Don’t try there again.

   I am never going back here again after numerous visits they run out of courier bags, run out of stamps! Slow service, always a queue to get service. Should consider closing them down and reopening a better branch elsewhere. We live 1 min from this branch but have decided to go to Mt Eden as our regular branch even though much further away.
