The lady at the counter so greedy. I asked to borrow a little bit of tape to seal up my parcel but she said I had to buy new tape from the store. Thankfully there was a friendly NZ post delivery driver outside who offered tape and even taped my parcel up for me. What a legend. I then took my business up the road to unichem grey Lynn and sent my parcel there. Do not use this place and instead use the other NZ post shops nearby

Great little post shop inside a dairy. Offers longer opening hours so very convenient.

Worst postal service, disrespectful to customers, rude attitude, Do not be in a service industry if you are not willing to provide good service.
Very expensive postal charges compared to other post shop, definitely won't be going there again.
So far. Not the best. Have visited this shop twice this week and service is quite rude and condescending. Also the space simply is not available to use for getting packages sorted to post. Also to sort out costs etc, ended up with a queue of people waiting to buy chips n stuff. Looking at me like I am a freak. Not cool. Will have to wait to see how the postal collection dates are kept and parcel prompt service promises are adhered to before I possibly improve this review. Perhaps extra staff? I did check this site out and got there at a time it was supposed to be quiet.
I went to drop off a prepaid item and they refused to accept it saying it was too big. It's size was 45 cubic cm. They didn't want it to take up space in their shop. I was told to come back on Monday. Frustrated that their agency was limited and their service inconvenienced customers.
