   I recently visited the NZ Post located inside chartwell Mall. Unfortunately I filled the wrong form and while i was apololizing with the staff member, I was taken aback by the rude behavior of a lady staff member from the next desk who is serving another customer. Despite my willingness to rectify the mistake and pay for any necessary fees, her response was unnecessarily harsh. The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by that staff member was so disappointing. Being in the front desk it is very important to maintain a respectful and understanding attitude towards customers. But I highly appreciate the support and consideration made by the young male staff. It was very sad to see someone working in such a great place without enough professionalism and interrupting in the middle while someone is serving different customer. Very disrespectful.

   They have listed the Post Shop as being open Sundays from 10am to 5pm, this is part of Penny's Bookstore. I drove from Cambridge to use the Post Shop services to find out the Post Shop part of Penny's Bookstore business is closed. They advised Rototuna Paper Plus for Post Shop services was open. Fortunately I checked their listing and states Post Shop side of their business is closed. Not impressed over an hour out of my day.
