   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing service NZ Post’s service has become absolutely pathetic — parcels are always delayed with no proper updates or communication. Tracking numbers often don’t even work or show progress for days. It’s frustrating and unreliable, especially when you pay for timely delivery. Very poor customer service and no accountability. Definitely needs improvement.

   I have been using NZ Post inside West City for over a year and find the customer service nothing short of amazing. The team Manager Manoj, assistant Komal and Lisa run a precessional shop. They are both friendly and efficient. I am greeted daily with a smile and leave with " see you next time " The local couriers who collect daily are exceptional. Boxes, parcels have all made it to their destination on time. My business would be lost with out them. Thank you.

   NZ post Henderson inside West City is so good. The shop is nice and clean. Komal, the guy in charge is always helpful all the times. The rate is also good. Very convenient to ship my package to Christchurch. Keep it up.

   Appalling service. I wouldn't give any stars if I had a choice. The woman behind the counter is not friendly at all! If you are dealing with NZ Post you need to be far more approachable. In the past I have also been served by the man in this store and he was also very unhelpful. A lot of bad manners and not good customer service going on here. In future I will not be supporting this business and will go elsewhere. The Lotto shop upstairs are so friendly and give service with a smile. Perhaps take a leaf out of their book? I know we all have bad days, but enough is enough. P.S. You are obviously never going to do anything about your poor customer service. The fact that you have once again provided a link and a repeated generated message of reply, confirms your disinterest in any customer complaints. I have visited your store on numerous occasions and it is always the same scenario. If you want to deal in retail, be a little more obliging and act as if you want to be there.

   Came here today to send off my ancestry DNA test kit which comes with a prepaid parcel box, the owner didnt know what to do and I was told I need to "go outside and find a post box and drop it there" I asked if I can send it from his post-office and I was told no. Really strange, because a real postshop accepted it, I think what the owner said was arrogant and unhelpful...cant understand why this shop has postal services if he picks and chooses which parcels to send..and all the rest "go outside in a postbox" seems very fishy and no customer service

   Worst service I ever had in here. Never come here again. I asked the employee who is the manager and I needed to file a complaint. The employee answered me that he is the the owner. Very well, I wish your shop close soonnnnnn
