   I am very disappointed with my recent experience with customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me and did not provide helpful information. The staff was unprofessional and had a bad attitude towards me. They promised multiple times to find my item but never did. My item went missing and I did not receive an apology or proper resolution. My item has been missing for almost 2 months now.

   A shout out for Joe, Chris & the team at the Takapuna NZ Post shop. I've had a PO Box there for many years. I've always had good customer service there, and when one often has issues these days with package deliveries especially from overseas to my PO box, they've always gone the extra mile to help me get it sorted.    Visited Tuesday 12 September to send a parcel to Australia around 1:30pm. The man at the counter was so helpful, giving me shipping quotes and patiently guiding me with the forms etc. I even made an error with postcode after it was all scanned through and he kindly let me fix it. Definitely recommend this post shop and will be coming back!
