“Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.”

“Lovely and cozy new space at Sylvia park, 2nd floor. The staff was friendly and all smiles. Very accommodating, price is reasonable too. I ordered garlic naan which was freshly made, still hot and perfectly seasoned --i hope size will be a lot bigger though. Haha. I love the interiors of this small indian resto, would definitely recommend and be back to try their other indian food, coz it looks yum!! Go on, give them a try! “It's our first time, it was for a birthday party, live band was so awesome we enjoy and loved it alot, food was also delicious and fresh, totally recommended for small party, family functions or any occasions, it's our new venue to look at when we have our next celebrations. “Best ugly bagels is the best breakfast choice at the Auckland Airport. Yummy bagels with variety of choice for everyone taste, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. TAB is my absolute favourite one! Coffees are also delicious! Service nice and friendly and really efficient. Took no time to get our bagels despite the crowds.”

“Stayed very shortly in K’road, and this store has been a source of my morning coffee. The guy in charge at that time can speak Malay and I was very impressed (I’m Malaysian). It’s a very friendly store and it’s unfortunate that I left in hurry.”

“Only went through drive through on my way up north but there was next to no wait and the staff even double checked what I ordered before handing me my food and there was definitely no complaints with the food I received. Loved it.”

“Allenby motel is in the ideal spot in terms to two great shopping malls. Hunters Plaza shopping mall is 10 minutes walk. In the other direction is Manukau shopping mall is 20 minutes walk. There is a bus stop right outside the motel. There is a great skate park inside the park.”

“Don't know why people whinge stay home & make a coffee! These beautiful people are run off their feet from the minute they're open right through to most of the day, weekends are chaos for them which says volumes! Their coffee is the best I have ever had creamy & fresh, Caramel latte to be specific, my favourite muffins are the lemon cream cheese which I always get "hot" because that is the way I like them. Their service is great considerating the amount of people lining up waiting to be served. They do the best they can, they're not robots. Highlight for me is always to come here even if I don't need anything from the mall. Hard to find really good Barista's, always my number 1 coffee place. Keep up the awesome work team. “I was looking for a hangover Maccas burger during the lunchtime rush! The place was packed, yet only 3 staff were on duty 2 handling the front with smiles and speed, and 1 in the kitchen. This crew is a dream team. They moved like a well-oiled machine zero chaos, zero attitude, just pure efficiency and top-tier customer service. “Delighted that they have opened in Karaka. The sushi was so fresh and delicious. I have a very serious avocado allergy and the staff was so careful, they put on new gloves took out all clean unused equipment to prepare and roll my sushi and they even cut it by hand so as not to get any avocado traces in my sushi. The staff is so friendly and helpful, can't wait to stop in again and get another salmon roll!”

“I really enjoyed my time in this lounge and it’s one of Qantas’ better smaller offerings. There’s a decent spread of food which is kept topped up with fresh items and the free pour drinks are never left running low either. All the seating is comfortable with plenty of electric sockets throughout, with good views out of the large windows. Nice decor throughout with some pleasant reading available makes it relaxing as well as functional and the bathroom facilities are clean. Best of all are the informative yet entertaining announcements made by the front desk - I’ve never been kept so well informed during delays and there’s no chance of you getting to the gate too early, or indeed late, with the key information they share - brilliant service! I look forward to returning.”

“I was really impressed by the customer service at this night and day, only two workers seemed to be rostered on during a rush hour (after all of the bars had closed on a Saturday night) and the staff handled it very well. Found it questionable that often only two people are working at a time but they still deliver great service compared to other night and day locations.”

“Awesome portions! I don’t get why there’s so many negative comments, but this shop sells a very large portion of a dish and it’s very flavourful. Honestly, for NZ$25, I got a very huge portion of rice that was packed with flavour and a good amount of yoghurt to go with chicken nasi briyani. A free jug of plain water was served and the tables were clean. Although there is only takeaway option, He saw that I was solo travelling and allowed me to dine in. The owner is very welcoming and humble man. Coming from an Asian country, I approve of his dishes and the flavours and the portion along with the reasonable pricing .”
