I havent been to this particular for years as my first experience of the food there was not positive. Today was no different!!! I ordered English Breakfast Tea which was served by a very pleasant young lady. Sadly she had over filled the pot and spilled water over the table. She didnt notice so i cleaned it up with the only serviette available at my table. I helped myself to another from an adjacent table. Shouldn’t have bothered as the tea was undrinkable. Two sips was enough to know the β€œEnglish Breakfast” was some alternative cheap stuff not worth drinking. My ham and cheese toastie arrived and was nicely arranged on the plate!!!thats all that could be said for it! The ham was chopped into babysized pieces and heaven only knows what the thick yellow lumpy layer was made of. I took it home to offer to my dog - he spat it out - awful food. Don’t waste your time and money going there. I wont again!!

Good food, good coffee, great service. Unfortunately if you go there within am hour of closing they clean and lock most of the toilets. Annoying having to wait 15 mins to wash hands before eating.

Ordered the 'fluffy pancakes'. Dont, just dont. Overcooked and dry. Asked the lovely waitress, is this normal. She said yes, thats how the chef makes them. Sorry about that. Wont eat there again :(

Our Sunday morning ritual without the Teens had us stop by this CC @ Lifestyle Sylvia Park. Have been here before and enjoyed the experience - today there was a new staff member being trained, not the same hospitable service likely more nerves trying to cope with familiarisation of the till and all. Hopefully this improves cos we will have to change our Sunday routine and head back to our fave CC @ Lunn Ave. Tried the Smashed Avo, Pumpkin, Tomatoe, Beetroot relish & egg on Ciabatta, lovely presentation an interesting mix of flavours. I ended up enjoying my husbands Scrambled Eggs on Ciabatta (Build my own Brekky) with sausages. Simple & tasty. Our meal would’ve been nicer if it started off with a genuine smile from this staff member like how it normally is from staff who have been there a while. Hoping this feedback is taken and learnings are observed after watching her with other customers. A word of advice to the newbie β€œEvery customer should receive the same genuine caring service not just selected ones young one.” A smile can go a long way.

Coffee club is one of the best cafe chains. The preparation is awesome. The menu consists of mixture of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. I particularly like the club sandwich which is a must have. The vegan ciabatta is also great. This time we tried french toast and it was good. The giant fluffy pancakes are awesome. I like the way they have planned the seating area both inside and outside. Outdoor seating offers some sunshine on a sunny day. The staff is courteous and understands your order fully. Our coffee was exactly how we wanted and at the time we wanted. There is plenty of parking available around the carpark. One of the best things is their cafe membership which offers 20% discount. It is well worth.

We ordered muffins and they had not been cooked properly. They were doughy so they were sent back. Coffee Club is so expensive and then you get poor food. To be avoided.

Experience 2.5 Can not recommend anything but the Service, in this well situated over priced + underwhelming Cafe. Summary: Way over priced diner style food. Service is lovely. Coffee is weak. (inquire re strength) Cabinet cakes need updating. Chef needs to get familiar with cooking HOT Food + adding Flavour. Quit serving a mash up of hot + cold re: soggy barely warm chips + cold soggy mushrooms. Unless someone is specifically requests 'murky water'. You need to serve what you currently call a "double shot" - as your stock standard. And quit getting customers to order triple shots! which are actually doubles.

Edit 17/10/22: Got served the saddest portion of chips I have ever gotten for $4.50 and the price online is different to in-store I only ever order the green goodness from here and it's usually good but I found 3 pieces of plastic in my drink this time? It was like ripped clear tape.

A well spent Waitangi Day with my family after attending Sunday mass at this place. Never fails us with their services, friendly staff and tidy area, pricey though for brunch but would always recommend to friends and family.
