Worst of all subways. Started with less sauce. Now cant have extra veggies if you like (which is normally no charge) , replying βits new rule, recently added β β7 grams of veggiesβ (dont know how they weigh it). Always ran out of atleast 1 item. Not gonna hurt anyway but 1 less customer to deal with.

One of the Indian ladies who served me put almost no cheese on my order. I politely asked for a bit extra, but she barely added any more. When I asked if that was the βextraβ I requested, she responded with an attitude, asking if I wanted extra cheese, then proceeded to add a small amount while telling me it would cost an additional $2. I didnβt argue about the $2, but she kept going on about it, explaining how much cheese they normally put and even mentioning the exact grams all while speaking in a way that came off as rude and condescending. I eventually lost my patience and told her I wasnβt asking her about that . She continued with the same attitude in front of other customers, almost as if she was trying to embarrass me.

My local subway since moving to Whenuapai: Minnie has been my usual server almost everytime I come in with my boyfriend and sheβs so lovely, always a hassle-free friendly service, Always clean store and seating, super good on a hot day with good ac and crisp Clean space :)

Good when they don't have the lazy staff working. Which is too often. Not worth the risk. Items delivered don't match that was ordered, no cheese at all (you think we don't notice????), wrong bread everytime, no carrots apparently means extra carrots, never toasted even when asked... fire the lazy ones and pay the good ones more.

It was disappointed to see the manager of this subway didn't have the sense to talk, I usually get my lunch through this subway and I had other lady and a guy serving me before. The manager refused me to use the bathroom because I wasnt a customer, they should look at the bank details first, I have bought things from there more times I have used their bathroom. Not going in there ever again.

I am only reporting because this happened twice within a month period. So me and my co-worker came in around 1210HR 10th JULY, asked for sub of the day footlong size subbox choice. And the board clearly says $20.70 for the sub of the day subbox, my co-worker got asked by the male staff as staff discount because we were in a uniform(NZDF). And my co-worker paid $16.10, and when it comes to my turn to pay this lady who were serving me wearing glasses charged me $21.70. FYI, this happened again few weeks back while we were in uniform. If this happened only today, I would say she was either confused or not trained properly. But happened twice now within a month time period. I feel like she is either discriminating that I am Asian in the NZDF or just want to charge more for Asians??? I am not sure. Hopefully the branch manager or owner of the Westgate Subway investigate of what happened today and review of her actions. Because it is NOT professional and wrong that she kept denying her mistakes in front of everyone to me and my coworker that she was right and smirked at me when I looked at her and other two staffs helped us out for the correct pricing while she moved away from her own mistake.

The 6 inch I bought was so fresh and well made I honestly went back in to get another one. The customer service was top notch. The lady who served me interacted well and smiled. The only downfall is that it is a small building with little room to eat in, but all in all the food and team there are both great.

walked out of Universal branch after appauling service, 1st time at this brunch and what a difference, clean/busy/super friendly staff, made well and transcation went through without and hassle. thank you, you are now the store we will always go to
