Love their low carb mixed meal, so delicious. Recently moved to the area and now it's my favourite place to have lunch/dinner when Im too lazy to cook
Daaku Kebab is place to get your kebab fix. The stores a bit grubby, had lunch with a few sparrows and a pigeon. I was the only person here when eating at 1pm. Tables and comfortable seating. Friendly staff. The salad ingredients looked like they could have used a bit of a refresh. The highlight of coming here was the mixed kebab on rice meal. It was really tasty - generous portions of well flavoured meat, rice/salad/hummus all yum. If you’re not bothered by sparrows and some not so fresh vege, the food itself was really good as far as a kebab on rice meal goes. All up 6/10. Not the cleanest place but food was good!
The meal was mixed in quality, I bought two mixed meat Kebabs on rice, They were ok, the rice was stodgy and the hummus was watery, We bought two loaded fries, at $10 each they were very small, he waved a tiny amount of cheese over the small portion of chips. We also bought 2 Butter chicken fries, they were ok but once again a small amount of chips. I bought a Cheese and Garlic Pizza, It looked great. A triple burger which was fine also. Bought 4 thick shakes and they were GREAT. Bought 2 boxes of Baklava, once again tiny little pieces and at $3 per portion not worth the money, The food was cold by the time we got it home. Cost $147 which I thought was expensive for what we got
Best falafels ever... My veg Kebab was super. Daaku kebab team was proud of what they were servicing and told us the details of such super nice falafels. I had heard from several people that is the best Kebab, my experience confirmed that yes, it's the best place to go for economical, quick, filing food. Best part is that it's open upto 4:00 am.. wow.
Second time ordering here. First time was 10/10 all around. This time not so much, we ordered a lamb kebab but got a chicken one. Also paid $4.50 for these chips, that's a small side plate so not many and they were also over cooked.
