“For my husband, daughter, and myself, The Coffee Club Manukau is the perfect, easy-access date location. The playground directly in front of the cafe is a huge plus, making it super family-friendly. We always enjoy dining in because the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and safe. The coffee is a hit with us, but as someone who loves unsweetened matcha, I found theirs a bit too sweet for my taste. However, the overall ambiance and convenience make it a wonderful place to visit.”

“The restaurant has an ambience of its own which create’s the Raviz a bit different from others. And the staff is very dedicated and also very careful towards their work. “Slightly expensive but food selection & quality is fantastic. Good service, always a lot of staff around. An ideal place for seafood and the large portions are good for big groups. Also a decent place for yum cha. Booking is recommended as it can get busy. Some dishes are excessively salty however.”

“Heard about their speciality, blood sausages. While I enjoyed it, definitely an acquired taste. If it gets cold it's not as nice when it's warmed up and sitting in the warm soup. Good amount of side dishes as well and well worth the price for 2 people to share.”

“Great service and delicious food. The layout is confusing and causes congestion as those wishing to pay block the entrance. It was quite busy when we went and the gentleman at front of house, seated us, took our order, delivered our meal and cleared the table. He did this both indoor and outdoor. It seemed he was doing the work of at least 3 people.”

“We’re regulars, and the food never disappoints, the eggs Benedict are always cooked to perfection! The team is friendly, welcoming, and they genuinely care about both their human and furry guests. If you’re a puppy owner, your dog will be treated just as well as you are. Always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommended!”

“VEGETARIANS: Went at 6pm on a Friday night and waited only about 30 minutes. Spent 40 dollars on so many different items. Favourite was the crunch supreme with beans and the soft/hard taco with beans. The cheese dip is TO DIE FOR when you dip the chips in it. They got my meal correct and didnt put meat in it which is very rate for fast food places these days. Really reccomend the cheesy gordita taco with beans. Such good food and happy staff despite how busy they were.”

I come here all the time, and it’s the consistency and generous portions that keep me coming back. The staff are friendly, quick, and make the experience even better. “This establishment was extremely clean and tidy and the recent renovations have really made this place feel great! The staff brought the food to the table and there is also a self service area for sauce, or ketchup as the Americans would say. I enjoyed the option of having a baked potato or nachos rather than just fries for a side. The milkshakes are thicker than Nicki Minaj.”

“A good location with many delicious and reasonable price food. They use free range eggs to serve, which is really rare to see in Welly! Had a chat with the manager there. She is working on a charity and always share food to someone who really need it. She is very kind and respectable. Love the food and people in there.”

“Well well well … what an awesome surprise. Acting out our daughter’s recommendation, we decided to try a well place Wellington shoreline cafe! Opting for just a light Saturday lunch, our party of four were welcome by extremely friendly and pleasant staff. We decided to take up dinning seating on their lower enclosed side deck, that rests inches off the lapping waters, providing a tranquil and delightful near eye level view of the bay. Establishment staff are courteous and informed, certainly in our opinion. For out light lunch, the fish and chips (with a glass of wine) for $30 was well plated, and undoubtably a larger portion than what we were expecting. Whether the plated portion of two (non-oily) decent sized pieces of deliciously-flakey, catch of the day and a proper crispy-crispy serving of fries or their spicy chicken burgers and accompanying fries and milkshakes … our plates were clean by all, not a crumb, not a morsel left-over or wasted!! We will be back, come summer to enjoy the outdoor dinning! Well done crew!! Truly a great find!”
