Always been a fan of Tiger but lately the quality of service and food is declining. We found a piece of hair in my sister’s soup, but they didn’t really care about it. Also ordered my favourite strawberry cheese tea and was not made up to the standard I usually receive. They used jasmine and tea (not the original) and barely had cheese foam. Kind of disappointed. Hopefully they

I love the food at Tiger. The soup is made original taste. The atmosphere is welcoming and feeling warm which I like to come back. I like to order very spicy for soup and it's very satisfying with spices. The only reason why I gave three stars because of their well known poor services. I don't know why their staff can't smile. They even look unhappy...what's wrong with them? But I like the restaurant and the food

This restaurant have an all you can eat concept, but you have to pay in advance before you can eat. Take whatever you want and you have to scale the pot on the cashier. You can choose the spiciness levels. As an ✨certified Asian✨, I choose very hot. After that, the staffs will cook your choice. Once it's done, the staff will bring your food the the table. Bowl was very big! Yeah, it was delicious and satisfying!

The ambiance and interior design of the restaurant are excellent, and I genuinely appreciate the effort put into creating a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve also made a conscious effort to give Tiger a fair chance by returning with friends on multiple occasions, as we enjoy the food. However, I’ve consistently encountered disappointing service experiences. On our most recent visit, one of the male staff members used offensive language while we were selecting our food, and became visibly upset when we politely asked for a refill. Additionally, the woman at the front counter responded with a noticeably unpleasant attitude when we inquired—respectfully—about having a table cleaned, as there were no available seats at the time. As someone who understands the challenges of working in customer service, I approach these situations with patience and empathy. However, professionalism and respectful communication should remain a standard in any customer-facing role. Unfortunately, the behavior we experienced felt not only unprofessional but at times discriminatory, which made us uncomfortable. We genuinely try to enjoy the food and want to continue supporting the restaurant, but we hope that management can address these concerns so all customers feel welcomed and respected during their visit. At the end, we decided not to go back there ever again.

Mixed experience but still a cozy fave I used to come here often, but lately I've been a bit hesitant because the soup has been a hit or miss. Some days it's rich and flavourful, other times it tastes a bit off. Really hoping they bring back the creamy soup — that used to be my go-to! On a brighter note, some of the staff are kind and welcoming, and I still love the cozy vibe the place gives. Fingers crossed for more consistent broth in the future!

The young Chinese female with black framed glasses… You better sort your abysmal abhorrent attitude out. Without customers you don’t get paid. Remember that! Wait time was very long despite not being overly busy, our food came out at different times. Ruined what was actually a good meal. I recommend you go elsewhere for better service. I would expect better from a place where one person on average spends at least $50 a meal.

A unique experience in Wellington. As you enter, grab one of the golden pot and tongs. They have a wide selection of noodles, protein, and vegetables. Pick what you want and take this to the cashier. They will weigh and ask the spice level that you prefer. They used sichuan pepper but you can say no if you do not want to. You pay the price and they will cook this to their signature broth. It taste creamy and yummy. You can add peanut sauce, vinegar, and chili oil if you like which are available as self service. They also have variety of milk tea. The place itself is tidy and the facilities are clean. If you come by car, you need to park on street and pay.

The broth was delicious!!! I got very spicy and very numb totalled around $20 for my bowel but I definitely took a little bit too much. I loved the selection of seafood, mushrooms, noodles, meats and veges and tofu. Also I had heard that bubble tea here was good and I think it is now my ultimate favourite bubble tea shop. I would say their spice levels are on the milder side, the very spicy was more of what I would expect medium spice to be and the very spicy which my partner got was more what I expect very spicy to be.

Absolutely delicious. If you're white you might wanna get the mild or no spice. Otherwise get medium or higher. I've only tried the medium and it's just right, can't imagine what mad man would go higher. All of the food is Absolutely delicious and you can pick whatever you want. The tea is also very nice too. Very out of the way so quiet and peaceful while you eat
