Hello, how are you all? I went to this Howick subway. I liked their service very much. It is also very good to sit and eat there. And their cleaning is top notch. They keep it very clean. I liked their service very much. I liked it more than other subways. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Their food and subs, wraps, breakfast salads, sides, catering makers are very good. So I liked it very much after going to Howick subway.
My friend and I ordered from here online at 1pm for a 5:40pm pick up, we arrived at 5:40pm and ours hasn’t been done. The lady decided to do other people’s meal before ours and then again in front of us, asking us to then sit down and wait. It got to 5:50pm where we asked for a refund as we had places to be, hence the ordering for 5:40pm and that even was too much for them. Not too happy as we generally love eating at this one. Quite gutted.
I had a fantastic experience at the Subway Howick today. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient, even during the rush. My sandwich artist, Krushna, made my Sub exactly how I requested it. The bread was fresh, the veggies were crisp. I really appreciate the staff for providing the best experience. I'll definitely be back for another one soon!
I’ve been in to this subway 4 times over the past three weeks. I’ve had a really lovely lady Michelle, whom is so lovely & efficient. She is always really quick to serve & makes a great Sub!!! The thing I love about her is how she compliments me every time I come in. It’s not often you get those smiles & kind words from staff behind counters. Very impressed as customer service is the thing that brings people into your store
Lady working there would not stop talking while our food was getting cold. I asked for 6 inch and then she proceeded to put meat on a foot long but I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want it to go to waste. Barely any topping choices, she barely toasted it and meat was a gross colour, stale and freezing cold. Price was absolutely appalling for the food we received. Hate this store, will not be going back and this lady should be confronted as I have seen multiple reviews complaining about a lady that seems to be the one we experienced. Disgusting food, DO NOT GO HERE.
The lady who served us was so lovely. There was 5 of us in store and only one of her, yet she didn’t hesitate to acknowledge us and apologise for the wait which wasn’t that long at all. (I appreciate this as I’ve had rude experiences in other places so her communication was top tier) she’s super friendly and overall, I would definitely recommend eating here!
Two of the ladies in here are both incredibly rude and one of them in particular (if you've been you know who I mean) over shares and will stop making your order to talk about her personal issues. They also never get orders correct even when standing in front of them and correcting them. The warm food is always cold and my order today was two subs, it took over an hour to get them (ordered on the app) while I was in store with one other customer. How they are still business is beyond me.
