My personal favorite is the Thai Noodle. Opened 13 years ago by a Japanese owner who has been working in Auckland cafes for over 20 years, this cafe is a long-time friend of mine. The Thai food is delicious, and the affordable prices for hearty meals like Thai Ginger Pork, Thai Noodles, and Thai Curry are a real draw. The landlord is the large Danone company, and the cafeteria is also available, allowing for affordable prices. While the location caters to those working at nearby factories, these prices and quality food are hard to come by in Auckland's current climate, so it's worth making the effort to visit.”
