Waited 20 minutes for my order, chips were cold soggy and had no seasoning, chicken was oily and soggy and looked like it had been sitting all day, ended up getting a refund, do not recommend.
Kind exceptional service by staff and taste is too good we tried spicy veg meal. Chicking always our favourite one. Highly recommend
Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Chicking Manukau! As my go to lunch spot, I had a genuinely amazing experience ordering from Chicking Manukau. First off, the variety on their menu is impressive—there’s something for everyone, whether you're after a classic fried chicken fix, spicy options, or tasty sides. The choices are well thought-out and cater to different tastes without overwhelming you. The delivery was perfectly on time, which made the whole experience even better. Everything arrived hot and fresh, exactly as expected. The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You can really tell it’s been cooked with care. What stood out just as much as the food was the friendliness of the staff. From placing the order to receiving it, the team was polite, helpful, and welcoming. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in what they do. All in all, I highly recommend Chicking Manukau. Great food, excellent service, and an all-round satisfying experience!
As much as I love their flavour, I am not planning to order there again. As I got home, my order was incomplete and I was told they do not know how to get me a refund. Fried chicken used to be good but today, it was dripping in so much oil, I think the chicken was taken out of the fryer and straight to the box without even trying to drain the oil. My car seat got soiled with oil and the chicken box was so much soaked as well. Service needs improvement. Very disappointing.
Was a hair in the food very disappointing! Very bad was a regular customer not anymore! No response email regarding this either!
Very slow in giving food out. Had to wait about 30 minutes. The staff in front always busy in phone order and forget to serve people standing in line... also too busy on mobile phone messaging. Come on serve the people 1st in front of you. Food was awesome though in taste. Just need to improve their service.
I come here very often, it is tasty and affordable. The foods are great, always cooked fresh and the serving size/portion is very generous. Staff always attentive and accommodating at the front counter. I had also tried the online order and picked up was smooth/hassle free, they had my order ready by the time I turned up. Can't find any faults with this place, it is probably the only fried chicken meals place that I go to these days.
