Everything is so perfect, I definitely say that best Hospitalty ever see in pizza shop and staff is so cooperative.
The pizza was so good!! I got the pepperoni pizza, and it came out in like 10 minutes. I was so satisfied with the service. The chinese boy and the indian man were so kind and friendly. I definitely recommend.
Nice place in MB to enjoy Sal's Pizza. We even ordered ice cream ☺️. It would be nicer if they have another brand of sodas...
My partner & I paid for half a pie and the lovely staff working sat night 5th august gave us a whole pie - with free sauce! So lovely and its honestly the little things 10/10
An authentic New York style pizza restaurant serving their iconic pizzas and sides. The location is very easily accessible by both road and public transport. The food is nice, fresh and tasty. Decent vegetarian options are available. It can very crowded on weekends and weeknights due to the location. The staff is nice and helpful. Individual slices of pizzas can be bought which makes food choice easier. We had to wait for a couple of minutes to get a seat inside the place, however that didn't hamper the overall experience.
They had pizzas on display but was all sold including sides. They were unable to make anymore pizzas and this was 8.07pm and store closes at 9.30pm Customer's kept coming in for pizzas but was also told everything was sold however everything was still on display and not put away to show its sold. They then made their own pizza's 15mins before closing. They proceeded to joke around behind the counter after turning customers away. Has anyone else had this happen???
Pizza was delicious, the young woman who served us was friendly. However that’s where the compliments end. I tried to find on the Internet the contact details of the owner, if I did I would have contacted them directly. The shop was dirty, not one table was clean, even when the staff were between customers they didn’t attend to the front of house. The customers that came in cleaned their own tables. There is an infestation of ants, the trail is where the napkin holders are. The second person in the shop seemed unfriendly. No customer service.
The pizzas are not that great for the price in my opinion. The store is clean, well maintained and presented. Staff members are kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful which makes their customer service good. I was recently offered a full size large pizza for half the price as the store was almost closing late at night and there were two lovely guys to help out.
