Worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Wife and I tried to have anniversary dinner together. But it was shocking. Food portions were small and expensively priced. I received my dinner and my wife waited over 15mins for hers. Food was salty and seemed prepared by chefs with very little experience. Seemed just slapped together. Spoke to the Manager about it and he his attitude was he didn’t care. Bad experience overall. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a few dishes. Food and service was good. 3rd time there. Quite consistent.

The food is mediocre, and the service is great, but nothing stands out about this restaurant.

Went for the Weekend Sessions menu ($79pp) and left pretty disappointed. We were seated by the owner, who didn’t exactly offer a warm welcome, but things seemed to improve when we were served by a lovely, friendly waitress who did a great job throughout. I actually thought the place had changed for the better since my first visit. But it all went downhill when we asked to takeaway our leftovers. The waitress—clearly uncomfortable—told us we weren’t allowed to take food home because they want patrons to “drink responsibly.” That sounded questionable, so I asked for any documentation or policy to back it up. She couldn’t provide anything. Then came another excuse: apparently, we weren’t even supposed to be offered the Weekend Session because it’s “for groups of 4+.” Again, this is nowhere stated on the menu. As a “consolation,” they said they’d only charge us for two people—but because we “ate enough for four,” we still couldn’t take the leftovers. Seriously? That’s fat-shaming at a whole new level. We asked to speak with the owner—who had no problem seating us earlier—but he refused to come over. When the manager finally did, he blamed everything on the waitress, which was just spineless. She was the only person there who handled the situation with any grace. To be clear: The menu didn’t state the Weekend Session was for 4+ people. It didn’t state that takeaway wasn’t allowed. Saying someone “ate too much” to justify not allowing leftovers is outrageous. The food was lovely. The waitress was great. Shame it’s run by someone who clearly doesn’t value customer service.

The staff were welcoming when we arrived and very hospitable. We were given a table for two and had exceptional service. The food was delicious prawn cutlets, crispy pork belly and especially the burrata we really enjoyed the recommendation. Our drinks were nice as well as a lovely dessert coconut & kaffir lime panna cotta which we squeezed in because why not! Highly recommend this vibrant restaurant.

Where to start?? Inviting and awesome atmosphere. The staff are absolutely amazing. We didn’t have a reservation either, which was surprising we got a table as it was pretty packed! The food is great! Great portions and great price! Highly recommend. I’ll be back for more than the salted caramel expression martini.

Great location. We had our lunch and the view from our seat seeing the beach was amazing. Our dishes were tasty, Asian fusion food. I recommend to try their pork belly, sashimi - king fish dishes. Their dessert for a small group was awesome - mix ice cream, pavlova, panna cotta, pudding and chocolate. Their coffee was also good. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will come back and try other dishes.

A great venue, location and staff however solidly average food - all food was good but nothing great. We came for lunch on sunny Saturday and were lucky enough to grab a table outside facing the water. The high top tables are great as it provides a bit of distance from people walking past plus you get the great view. Staff were brilliant, very attentive and friendly. We order the wagyu beef and rice brunch bowl, the lamb dumplings and the chicken larb lettuce cups. The beef rice bowl was good value for money but the other two were definitely on the more expensive side. We enjoyed our lunch but weren’t blown away by the food. However location and staff definitely made up for it. Would I come back again? Ehhh potentially for brunch but probably not for lunch or dinner.
