The service at the airport branch was really good, very helpful and attentive and we were able to find everything we needed. After purchasing a number of very large items for our outdoor lounge furniture, a young man helped my husband load the items onto the roof of our car and stayed to check everything was ok. We were impressed with the service here and would choose this store over others which are closer to us.”

“Recently Maui at the Seafood counter went absolutely over and above to make sure I had a fresh kingfish to fulfil an order I made. He was professional, kind and did such a wonderful job not only filleting and skinning the fish, but making sure I got a fish that was the correct size for my needs. Im very greatful, as I had already enquired multiple other places before I was able to find someone who could fulfil the order. Thank you Maui! “The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!”

“Lovely staff who always greet you with a smile! Was able to grab a lot of wool for a cheap price and the needles only cost me $1. Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”

“Everything I'd expect from the standardized Countdown experience. Generally very good and no complaints. It's very hard to find a member of staff here, except at checkout. Sometimes annoying and maybe due to the seemingly larger floor space. Always really good though.”
