   Lovely food and prices but the service at the hot food Delhi is so poor have to wait there for 2 minutes every time or until the asians at the sushi store say Service something needs to change as I aways see them chatting and not helping. Do better next time….

   Very average service today, came to purchase vouchers and waited for about 10 mins at the front counter while I saw at least 5 staff standing around talking. Finally someone acknowledged us. Then asked about a product that we couldn't find, first guy walked away saying he would send someone. No one showed. Second person looked as if I had asked for the nuclear launch codes, took about another 10 mins then proceeded to pickup the phone. We ended up walking out. I do about 15k a year in vouchers alone for promotional purposes, maybe I'll take my business to countdown instead.

   The produce at Te Rapa New World has been terrible as long as I can remember. They need some serious quality control, this is New World not Pack n Save. Have sent complaints through to food stuffs. The photos are just the tip of the Ice Berg, I can confidently say that I’m sure other people have experienced worse.

   Just popped in to grab body wash. It has a florist and Lotto when you enter into the shop, the layout is similar to NewWorld supermarkets. The staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

   Great pick up bays for collecting, lots of parking. Big shops get a free coffee and there is a barista bar in the store. Selection of houseplants, fresh flowers and gift hampers if you need a quick present. Friendly staff, usually quick to get through but can be very busy after work.

   Extremely poor customer service, made to feel like a thief for giving my son a banana when I’ve been told before it’s ok and they wouldn’t let my just turned 2 year old hold a bag of burger rings after scanning them because I had to pay for them first!!!! (I did give them to my son after I had to say he just wanted to hold them) What’s worse is this came from the check out manger!!! People walk out with trolley loads of unpaid food and I’m at check out with my wallet open and get treated like this. Never returning!!!
