   Went in there today. Great range. Tempted to buy some jewellery and a pair of sunnies. Staff ignored me, not one greeting. Left. Bought said Jewellery at Flo and Frankie. Not good enough.

   A gorgeous and charming store. Full to the brim of wonderful items and objects to peruse. Every item is carefully curated, with a lot of variety, catering for many tastes. This store has introduced myself to many wonderful brands! Very helpful and knowledgable staff! (They even gift wrapped items for myself on Christmas Eve!!) Always enjoyable to visit and browse… although it’s always for longer than 5 mins, as there’s so much to take in!

   Great service! The only ones in NZ (as far as I can tell anyway) that had available stock of what I wanted; once ordered it was shipped that same day and arrived the next day (Saturday). My order was also packaged really nicely so I appreciate that as well. Thanks so much guys, I will definitely be back!

   TERRIBLE shop. They don't respond to my email just because it's been more than a week since the purchase even though it's the product that's faulty. I purchased a couple of same lamps but different color. One of them is not working. It was flickering since the second day of using. The lamps even weigh different. The faulty one weighs less than the other one. Ridiculous. Definitely faulty product. They are exactly the same products. They should weigh the same. They sold a faulty product but no refund???? TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE. Such a terrible people. Giving them 1 star to upload this. I am adding to my review after argumentative phone call from the business. Questioning the reason why I gave 1 star. I would have never gotten a refund for the faulty product if I didnt put this review up. One shouldn't have to go through this much trouble to return a faulty lamp.

   Bought some specific items from this store as they are one of very few that stock a particular designer label in NZ. I ordered online as I am in Auckland and it was delivered within 2 days. Pleased with how quickly they got my order out to me. Thank you Paddington Store!

   Ordered a wallet from here today, sales rep on the phone was AMAZING!! and said they’ll send my order for an overnight delivery which may come on Saturday, this is AMAZING news for me as I needed the wallet before I left Auckland, honestly I will be buying stuff online from this store again, not only for their professional and amazing customer service but quick response and went out of her way to make sure my request of a bubble wrap was on the wallet before it left their store, 100% deserves a 5star rating, whoever answered my phone at 3:36pm on 22/04/22 you’re a legend thank you.

   My wife and I always leave our Christmas shopping till the very last minute (you could almost say it’s a Christmas tradition haha). This year we managed to buy all bar one present from Paddington store. Everyone raved about their gifts. Will most likely do this again next year. Thanks Paddington for curating a great bunch of easy, thoughtful and quality present ideas.

   Love the products in this store however, have not yet purchased due to terrible service. Have never been acknowledged by staff when I've been in there. It took myself to actually say Hi to the girl today, to which she didn't give a very enthusiastic response. Its not hard to greet customers and might actually encourage them to purchase??
