    They only had one type of straw hats and in general hard to find anything especially because the staff were busy unloading at around 5:30pm so couldn't even ask any staff. They do often have a sausage sizzle outside which is always a bonus. Understaffed in trade section where heavy items are far away and if you want to buy something quickly bring a friend to help you out.

    I have never had a good experience at bungings. But then today i got lazy, went to Bunnings and found a slighty better product. I even decided to get a few other things. Then they did what they do best. Close all the checkout lanes so we all have to stand in one line to pay at customer service. Bunnings has too much rubbish filling the shelves and isles and floor. The worst part is that they advertise as cheaper but they are consistently always more expensive with garbage customer service.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome experience at Bunnings Frankton thanks to Jacob. I was looking for bolts to hang my TV on the wall and honestly, it would have taken me all day to find the right ones. Jacob knew exactly where to look and found them for me super fast. He was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciated his help!

    Picked up a special order of tools for work which was picked by bunnings staff. I mistakenly didn't check all the contents of the box in the shop and returned to work and found an item missing. When questioned in an email by a work colleague about the missing tool they responded saying I had counted the tools in shop which was a total lie. They also said they couldn't resolve the problem because the order was checked by two staff members which I find hard to believe. Incompetent and dishonest

    I give bunnings a Big thumbs up!!! They have a couple of wheelchairs just inside the door for customers that can't get around. My partner had blown his knee & had minor surgery 3hrs before we went there so I was Really relieved I had a way to get him around easier. Thanks so much ❤️

    Best customer service I have received in a long time. Just popped in to get a plant. Spoke with Mike who was very informative and had some pretty solid dad jokes. He helped us pick out the plant we wanted and a plant we didn't even know we wanted but glad we bought. Then later on he came over again as we were looking perplexed in the soil isle to give some further assistance. Pretty sure he had already clocked off but stayed back a few mins to help us out for the second time. Can't praise the service enough. Thanks' Mike.

    Excellent service, full stop. I was after some advice. Staff were proactively approaching me to offer assistance. There seemed a lot of staff roaming on the floor to assist customers. This was on a late Wed morning. Ample parking in front and easy to get too from all directions. Recommending others to visit the store. I would return to this particular store again even if Te Rapa branch is closer to me.
