    The florist gave us a friendly "hello" but the staff in the homeware section ignored us despite us walking several times around the store, looking at items. We were going to make several purchases but based on the lack of service, or acknowledgement, we chose not to.

    The store is gorgeous. However, when I went in today, I was the only customer, there were 4 ladies working there on the shop floor and not one of them acknowledged my presence or even bothered to say Hello.

    The store is beautiful I enjoyed shopping there. when I walked in to get a bouquet I was told come back in 2.5 hours to pick up the bouquet because the flower ladies are too busy making online orders. If the flower shop is online only, it should say so. I have never experienced a flower shop that needs few hours to prep an order. I love the design of their bouquet, but disappointed with the fact it’s an “ONLINE ONLY” flower shop and the service. Will never try to get flowers from them again.
