Hopeless customer service. Bought some stuff from them 2 days ago for $300. Today the same product is offered as buy 1 get second for half price. I asked if the same deal can be offered to me. I didn't ask for any refund, I was happy to receive a store credit. They refused to provide any assistance. Not buying form them ever again
Some cheaper items but some things dearer than supermarket. Need to clear isle of step ladder and trolley of rubbish.
Purchased what I needed, and the staff was accommodating in pointing me to where certain items were helpful and informed of options available in store.
Lovely staff although the store is too small and doesn't carry as much as the Napier store
I like the new shop it's nice.. walking distance from warehouse stationery and chemist warehouse just across the road and very close to my house which is great
Great bargains. Timing is of the essence. Like flypaper if insulin resistance is your thing.
Very clean & bright shop. Was a bit miffed as security guard followed me all around the store( making me feel v uncomfortable) but guess she was just doing her job.

i go here quite abit, good deals and all that but i came here 2 days ago and got a flaming hot Cheetos pasta. my partner threw it up and then again 3 hours later. could tell it was that because it was orange. honestly not good. should've checked the expiry date before buying as it expired 4 months ago
Always a bargain in store. Keep a look out for specials or sign up for their flyer. A good place for that alternative stuff that's more expensive elsewhere. Staff are very helpful and positive. One of my favourite stores.
