Staff are usually around if you need help, but it’s a typical Pak’nSave setup — more of a DIY experience. Most people are just in and out, focused on the shop, so don’t expect high-touch service. That said, checkout lines move fairly quickly and self-service options help if you’re only picking up a few things. The carpark is decent with a fair amount of space, though it can get full during peak shopping times, especially weekends. The location is handy too, close to other shops in the area, so it’s easy to tick off errands in one go. Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but I have always found the staff pretty chill helpful and relaxed. A shout out to Kirsty who has been keeping the place going for years! May she never leave! Her fashion style and the way she cares for all her visitors both 2 legged and 4 legged makes me smile everytime I shop.
