“A New Yorker far from home: had a bit of an emergency and was told to check out the medical center, 20 minutes before closing on the weekend. Surprisingly, they took me in and I had the most lovely experience. What a warm welcome from the receptionist and Dr. Daun was very knowledgeable and great to chat with. They immediately got me what I needed and I feel so much better. Highly recommend!”

“I live near Taradale Medical, so I am registered with them and have been for over 10 years. I find the service excellent. If I need to get in urgently I usually can, the staff are polite, caring, patient and friendly. I have Dr Michael Koch who is amazing. I use their online portal and he has even responded over a weekend when it has been urgent. Recently I saw an elderly lady bring in baking for a Dr there. I would highly recommend this service and the staff.”

The doctor I saw was highly skilled, took the time to listen to me, and thoroughly explained everything, which meant the world to me while I was feeling so unwell with the flu. Their patient-centered approach impressed me so much.”

“I've (unfortunately) had to go twice in 3 days so have been in when busy, and in when it's quiet and every time both myself and my whanau have been treated with the most incredible kindness and dignity, even before we got into the building - security saw we had a collapse on our hands and offered to help us with a wheelchair & showed us closer parking options, through to reception being concise and helpful along with everything the medical team did. Felt very lucky to be able to access this service. Thank you”

“I have to preface this by saying that i had a really bad experience with someone who helps take the calls for The Doctors company itself but...... I was met with a phone call which i was highly disappointed with and whilst in a lot of pain was the last thing i wanted to deal with. I then went onto ask if i could speak to a nurse and was told because i have some outstanding fees that i would have to pay before i could talk to anyone at the practice....... Anyway While i waited for a nurse to call me back with all my faith in the health system in NZ lost i was met by 1 call from a nurse called Jill and another call from a nurse called Nicky from the Green Meadows practice. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible and made me feel like they really cared about patients and the job they are passionate about. It made my day and completely restored my faith that there are people in this industry who still care and do there absolute best to help when you are sick or need medical advice. 5 Stars for Nicky & Jill thank you for your support!”
