   Very unprofessional the Dr's wife/receptionist walked in on my daughters appointment twice without even knocking. And did it again at another appointment. She is very rude. The Dr also makes it hard at the appointment to get anything sorted and tries making u go back for more appointments when its not necessary. Had to take her to the emergency after hours clinc and he tried having a go at my 13year old daughter. When he clearly wasn't open at the time. 1star is too much but cannot put 0

   His wife was rude on the phone when I rung them the second time that pharmacy didn't get prescription. She said to me that I am not the only one here, there are hundreds of people. Also asked prescription for my sore throat and I got Paracetamol and nosal spray for $25 prescription. I needed some antibiotics and not Paracetamol.

   Outstanding. Dr Beacham and his nurse were excellent. I thought it was 24 hours but it closed at 2000. He saw anyway well in closing. He did a good assessment and gave me medication from stock to help me as the pharmacies were closed. He is a great doctor and a caring person. Would recommend!

   Dr Beacham and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond for our 1 year old son who was feeling poorly while we were in Hastings on holiday. While Dr's are extremely stretched we were never made to feel like we were an inconvenience and Lachlan was treated with respect. Thank you very much.

   Totally useless The receptionist is really rude and arrogant. Got No manners how to talk with patients. Doctor won't listen to the patient properly. Have to wait hours after the actual appointment time. Doctor will only say i can't do anything for your problem. Really unprofessional . Would give them negative rating. Don't go there. Unfortunately, cannot change the gp due to the health system.

   Dr Beacham was very rude and condescending. Not at all interested in helping me with my problems. Literally told me that he wouldn't do anything for me today because he is "too busy", i would have to make another appointment before anything could actually be done. And i was made to pay up front before he saw me. He was also very judgemental about my condition and went into an angry rant about how "buggered" i was before i had even had a chance to explain my full medical history. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. 0/10, would not recommend to anyone, only reason i went there is because no other doctors were taking patients and the Hastings Health Center directed me to go there, only reason im giving 1 star is because i can't give 0.

   Incredibly unprofessional; the doctor took a phone call mid session, then made completely uncalled for remarks about punjabi women. He spent the remainder of the appointment pushing weight loss drugs on my partner (AFTER my partner shared that he had lost over 80kg naturally!!) and then he insisted my partners regular doctor was an idiot for saying he no longer needed diabetes medication (Despite the fact that blood tests have shown his blood sugar is perfectly normal and has therefore been controlled with diet for several years now). My partner was sent to this clinic by his employers to get a letter stating it was safe for him to continue working with a particular chemical; we will never be going there again.
