Today I had my second appointment at Deco Dental. My first I found Raewyn very forthright and upfront which I appreciated. Today she was kind and gentle as well as amazingly patient while doing her job! Her nurse and receptionist(sorry didn't ask your names) were just lovely. Thank-you all see you next month. Jet :)
Great dentist, I have been going to Dinesh for many years and always receive good service
Discriminatory and rude. Was considering enrolling with my kids, didn't get further than reception. Being in someone's close proximity with your mouth open for a lengthy period is deemed safe but you can't sit in the empty waiting room without a mask, even with a government recognized exception. I was dropping my mother off and waiting for her as she has a disability, and had to wait in the car with my baby.
Stopped going here as they tried to turn me into a $1000 client, saying I needed all this work done. Went to another dentist for second opinion and only needed one filling, my teeth were fine!. Stay away, Deco Dental are all about money
Kind dentist however i was never contacted for any type of follow up or resolution to my problems. We spent a lengthy amount of time discussing my dental issues and she assured me she would be in contact in the next week or two... two months later and no word. I am sure if i paid late they would be contacting me non stop.
