I've (unfortunately) had to go twice in 3 days so have been in when busy, and in when it's quiet and every time both myself and my whanau have been treated with the most incredible kindness and dignity, even before we got into the building - security saw we had a collapse on our hands and offered to help us with a wheelchair & showed us closer parking options, through to reception being concise and helpful along with everything the medical team did. Felt very lucky to be able to access this service. Thank you

Hi all advice for everyone who is in urgent need for care plz don’t visit I went yesterday & was in serious pain which was unbearable after finishing all paperwork they kept me waiting for 1:30 hours even when I went 5 time to reception so I can see doctor. Whole idea of urgent care is to get access & treatment as soon as possible priority should on basis who need it first . Doctor was really nice & helpful but reception staff put everything down .

The nurses are great however I will never go here again, took my daughter in with a fever of 39.9, lethargic, no urinating or drinking and still left for over 2 hours to be seen to be given antibiotics and a 5 minute checkup as was time for doctors to leave!! ended up in ED the next day due to dehydration, strep throat and scarlet fever!!

Went in yesterday afternoon with massive migraine pains after being spoken down to from the lady at the front desk I was told after I paid that they cant get access to my health records and told me I need to book in and pay again with my own gp. So still got massive migraines and still not seen a doctor and 105 out of pocket. What a waste of time and money. Do not go here you are better off going to the hospital as the wait time is similar it won't cost you anything and they can actually see your health records and the staff are more friendly. I would give negative score if I could l.

After 4 seperate calls to the St John ambulance that never came for me, in pure agony, the police took me to this place. They bought me into a room straight away and started their judgment for the day. Asked me 2 questions, 1 not even relevant to my pain. Gave me a drip with something and I was dizzy. Told me I had a bad case of reflux and gave me pills and a prescription and sent me on my way. Confused and still sore, I left for the chemist where a friend picked me up. As I'm trying to get in her car, the pain comes back and I go back in to be remitted. This time I went into another room where they left me and my friend for 30 minutes s while I groaned loudly on every breath I took sou ding like a mother calf giving birth! After the pain subsided, I'm then given a heartbeat test. Why wait until the pain has stopped??! The fact that I was fobbed off for reflux, reflux had nothing to do with my pain, they just didnt want the hassle of having to deal with me. I was pushed aside like a piece of rubbish. I've since been to my actual GP who has had my bloods done, ultra sound and a few other test to find the problem. Guess what?? REFLUX ISNT IT! I'm not a pill taker, I dont do meds and I certainly dont agreeing with the lack of service had recieved. You are far better off at the doctor walk in take a seat that you are here. Moving forward, one Hope's if this is going to be our emergency center in the future, just know you're not in the right hands.

The Doctors and nurses are for help! I was there 8:20pm. The doctor was there. They didn’t let the doctor see my child. The doctor leaves 9pm is what they chatter! The nurse name is Lucy, she saw my child, asked us everything and left us. She made us wait, didn’t comment anything after seeing my child. She handed over to the night nurse because it was her time to leave! Atleast attend the patient completely if you have taken that responsibility. The doctor came in to ask if I need to see them, she said β€œNO” in front of me. What a loser! Unbelievable!

Would give them zero stars if possible. Advertise as a 24 hour service. Doctor leaves at 9pm. Called in for an appointment as my flu has turned into a secondary infection (8.15pm). Got told call an ambulance, the doctor is leaving early. Receptionist told my husband "that's how it goes sometimes". Worse than useless. Will be lodging a complaint with the HDC.

I highly recommend this medical center if it's a last resort for you and want to be eating bread for the next week....I'm just kidding, you won't be able to afford bread. Also they are clueless about diagnosing patients, I went in after having a slight medical issue, they told me what it was and was given a script for medication. Went to my own GP after still struggling with severe pain and they said the diagnosis was wrong put me on different meds, I no longer have pain. All in all I spent $100 on the NP and Meds for a horrible result yet only spent $30 at my own GP. I would highly recommend boycotting this place and seeing your own GP or even the Hospital.
