Been vero for the last 7 years, customer service, and claim service/process have never failed to meet top expectations
Long wait times on calls. Like its 2023, provide a call back service! some calls we had to wait 30min to 1 hour and worse Never emailed back either. Not sure if anyone actually doing work there cause simple claims can take months so hope you got thick skin. Definitely would not recommend.
