   I experienced a lot of pain following a recent "rough" tooth extraction. My calls were not returned, little understanding and flexibility was shown and - after returning to the practice 2 days after the extraction - an antibiotic script was offered without even taking the time to check the extraction site. 12 days later, the pain had not subsided. Furthermore, oral care advice was only provided for the day of extraction and the following day. This is not the kind of service I expect from my dentist. I have now registered with another dentist after over 22 years at this practice

   Wow. When advising I had a phobia, and would need to wait for the sedation to kick in - which they DO provide, they tell me, I got: We regret that it seems we are unable to assist in your case. So much for caring and calming huh.

   Friendly nice people, the fillings I got there were fine. However, I’ve had two root canal done there at different times by two different dentist, one about $800 and the other about $1000 I think. Both root canals needed to be re-done when I was living elsewhere, also at great cost. They say root canals are successful between 85% to 95% of the time. Maybe I was just unlucky? Who knows? But I do know that’s a lot of money to pay just have to go through a lot of pain and money again later.
