   No help at all with parent dying and trying to sort account. Will be canceling asap and going elsewhere

   No call back service. Calls disconnect randomly. If you have third party (fire and theft) State will try to disqualify your claim using Protection Against Uninsured Driver (PAUD) if you don't chase down a fleeing liable person. All three MUST be met in order to be covered under PAUD They expect you to: 1. Enough information to establish that the driver of the other vehicle was completely at fault, and 2. The correct registration number of the other vehicle and information we need to identify the driver (including name and address), and 3. Reasonable help to recover your claim from the driver of the other vehicle, or from its owner.

   This has been the worst experience lied to . My emails ignored,still waiting for my boundary fence and roof fixed after storm . They don't deserve a star .

   The under writers are the worst. They keep getting their call center guys to call asking very confusing questions (at least 7 different calls to clarify things for the underwriter) where you feel like you are going to be declined in future because you may have said yes or no to a 50/50 question. I was also declined because they misunderstood one of my responses which then they tried to back track and apologize. I never had this issue anywhere else so if it's this hard to get business insurance at the start then I'd hate to see what it's like in claim times. I believe I've dodged a bullet. Thanks to the under writer for losing me as a client. I'll also be taking our 3 car insurances and home and content insurance elsewhere.

   I was with state years ago, they were very astute & professional. I have since gone with another insurance company. They need more training in regarding information re customer care portfolio's Very tardy in this area.
