“As I live an hour away from a Spotlight Store, I occasionally buy online. Todate I have had no problems, with everything arriving in record time. This time I ordered a dress pattern for recently bought material from there. As there was a buy 1, get 1 free, I quickly ordered 2. They had 1, which I got within couple days. Thought the other would follow thru, coming from another branch. A week plus later, I now have the other! Thank you. But I would check your courier for efficiency. Glad I didn't want it straight away. Other than that, I have had only ever had positive service from Spotlight Dunedin. The staff when visiting have always been accommodating as well.”

“As a visitor from NSW, Australia, I can't believe Woolworths has a pharmacy inside it! And it sells alcohol inside as well! (not a separate store like in Australia). Also saw sausages being sold in a plastic bag! Then my credit card bill still says Countdown instead of Woolworths, which was their old name! New Zealand is truly an interesting place.”

Josh also went out of his way to efficiently make sure everything that needed to be done was done well. Shane, the day labourer also deserves a positive mention for his noteworthy contribution to this successful day. “Our Samsung fridge /freezer was giving us dramas so we enlisted the help of Nathan from Smyths. An Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy, he quickly diagnosed the problem and even gave us helpful tips for our other appliances. Once the freezer had frosted enough for a repair, Ollie came to our house to carry it out. He did so very efficiently. The cost for the two visits was very reasonable and the freezer has been running great since. I can’t recommend these guys enough!”

Put us onto another contractor who helped repair our bench tops and sorted out other niggles for us…and made sure everything had been fixed as we wanted. “I just wanted to say how great the team at Belle Bird has been! I recently purchased a Lolly's Laundry Dress online not realising they had altered the original dress length. I have so many of the Nee Dress's and was so excited to discover they had my size in stock, that I immediately added it to my cart without even reading the write up explaining the altered length.. so when receiving it I was so disappointed to see how much shorter it is, especially when you're 5'10. However the girls have been absolutely fabulous, I emailed them explaining how I felt and they were beyond understanding, allowing me to return the dress for a refund.
